Tajarin al tartufo handmade 250g
Tajarin are "egg noodles" from Piedmont, which are cut from the dough and placed by hand on sticks to dry - if you really want to eat Piedmontese, you NEED tajarin!
Perfect with truffles or simply with tomato sauce - by the way, tajarin only need to simmer for ~ 4 minutes in the water, then they are ready ;-)
