General terms and conditions for consumers, as of September 18, 2020

Conclusion of contract / possibility of correction
The customer's order represents an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part. An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with * on the order form have been completed. If information is missing or if we cannot fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer receives an error message. Before the final submission of the order, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. The customer receives supporting detailed information directly during the ordering process. As soon as the order process is completed, the customer will be informed about it through an information window "Your order is complete and has been successfully sent to us“Notified. This does not yet represent an acceptance of the customer's offer on our part.
acknowledgment of receipt
When we have received the order, the customer will be informed of the receipt of his order via the email address he has provided. This communication does not yet represent an acceptance of the customer's offer on our part.
Contract language
The contract language is German.
Delivery restriction Austria
The webshop is geared towards Austria. We only deliver to delivery addresses in Austria.
Self pickup
You can pick up your purchased goods yourself at the following address: Piemontissimo; Neustiftgasse 7/1, 1070 Vienna.

You will be informed by SMS / email when the goods are ready for collection. The goods are then ready for collection for 14 days.
delay of acceptance
If the goods are not picked up within the collection period, you will be informed again by SMS / email and you will be informed that we will withdraw from the purchase contract after a grace period of 3 days. You will be informed of our resignation by SMS / e-mail. In this case, you will receive a credit for the amount of the payment made. At your request, we will convert this credit into an amount that will be returned to you in the same way as you made your original payment.
Clarification that the webshop is not yet legally an offer
The presentation of the goods in the web shop does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense. It is merely a request to the customer to make an offer.
Conclusion of contract
The customer's order represents an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance on our part. The acceptance takes place with the dispatch of the ordered goods. Our confirmation of receipt of the customer order by email is not an acceptance of the offer on our part.
Loyalty of the customer to his offer
The customer is bound to his order for two days from receipt of this order. The statutory right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) remains unaffected.
Receipt of the order
The customer will be notified of the day of receipt of the order as part of the confirmation of receipt.
Prices and shipping costs
All prices are total prices. They include all taxes including sales tax and duties as well as shipping costs, unless these are shown separately.
In the case of a delivery to a non-EEA country, the consumer has to bear all import and export expenses including any customs duties, fees and charges.

Due date / advance payment
If no other payment method has been agreed, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full when the contract is concluded. The goods will only be delivered after the amount has been received on our bank account.
Right of withdrawal / right of withdrawal
The term "right of withdrawal" used in Austria corresponds to the term "right of withdrawal" which is customary in Germany and used in the consumer rights directive. We therefore use the synonymous pair of terms “right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal)”. Only the term "right of withdrawal" is used in the cancellation policy. This is synonymous with the Austrian term “right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the Right of withdrawal.
Non-existing right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal)
There is no right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs. There is no right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) for goods that can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be exceeded quickly.

For goods that are delivered sealed and are unsuitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, the right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) does not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery. For audio or video recordings such as CDs, DVDs etc. as well as for computer software that are delivered in a sealed package, the right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) does not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery. The right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) does not apply to goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Complaints based on statutory warranty claims or other complaints can be made using the contact details given in the imprint.
Delivery period
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within 3-5 working days after our confirmation of the concluded contract. When paying in advance, the delivery period begins when the amount is received on our bank account. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
Effect of retention of title
In the event of default in payment by the customer, we are entitled to assert our rights from the retention of title. It is agreed that the assertion of the reservation of title does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract, unless we expressly declare our withdrawal from the contract.
Protection of minors
The sale of alcohol to young people under the age of 18 is prohibited by law. Our offers regarding alcohol are therefore aimed exclusively at adults. With your order you assure us that the recipient of the goods is older than 18 years.
